How do I order?

Simply select the labels or Wall Art you like, personalise them and add them to your cart. Next click Add Cart, then fill up the delivery information and payment details to finalise your payment and submit your order.

Can I add additional items to my existing unshipped order?

Sorry, but unfortunately additional items cannot be added to an existing unshipped order. Should you wish to purchase additional items, you will need to place a new order for those additional items.

How long does delivery usually take?

KidzLabels personalised products are custom made to order (that's right, we don't hold stock of products with names such as Abigail or Annabelle). We will make your order according to your specifications before dispatching it.

All KidzLabels orders are sent out via Australia Post.

As a guide, you will typically receive your order within the following time frames.

These figures are based on delivery times to major capital cities and their greater residential areas. Deliveries outside of these areas can take longer.

Please note that delivery times during Christmas and peak periods may take slightly longer. We apologies for any inconvenience and will aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

No, we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.

How much does it cost?

For Standard delivery, orders below AUD30 will cost AUD4.95, and FREE standard shipping for any orders above AUD30.
For Express delivery, orders below AUD30 will cost AUD9.95, and AUD4.95 for any orders above AUD30.
Any urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will arrange to get the order process ASAP.

Sorry, we don’t do customer pick-up at this stage, but we are taking into consideration to have pick-up service set up in the future.

Do you do International Delivery

Sorry, KidzLabels does not shop to location outside of Australia at this stage, but we are taking into consideration to be able to deliver worldwide in the future.

My Delivery has not arrived within expected time period. What should I do?

If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@kidzlabels.com.au or via our customer service hotline on 02 8007 5439 and we will investigate further.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay (via Safari browser).

Yes, it is extremely safe to use your credit card online. When making a purchase online using your credit card, all of your credit card and personal details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 256 Bit encryption technology before being sent across the internet to our secure servers.
