Delivery & Dispatch

Kidz Labels dispatches its orders from Sydney, New South Wales. Your order will be manufactured and dispatched within 1-3 business days once your order has been placed and payment has been processed. Our site is set up to process orders as soon as they have been placed then immediately sent off for manufacturing, therefore we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been submitted and processed.  All Kidz Labels shipping is done through Australia Post.  For more details on the delivery guarantee's and details refer to the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au. 

Pricing, Returns & Refund Policies

Here at Kidz Labels our main focus is customer satisfaction. We have a 100% quality guarantee, if any of our products are not working as they have been explained in our instructions and product details, you have a 14 days grace period (from receiving item).  In this grace period you may return the item for either a full credit kidz label voucher, replacement or repair.  

In the case of a faulty product/s, a quality inspection by us may be required. If you have a faulty item or are not happy with your product, please start of by emailing our Customer Service Team at sales@kidzlabels.com.au . If we require further inspection of a product or you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we may ask for the product to be returned to us within the 14 days grace period. 

On the agreement that a refund is to take part, your refund should be completed within the next business day from the agreed refund date and deposited back into your account of which the original payment was made. All returns are to be made on a case by casse basis whether the cost for return will be covered by Kidz Labels or the customer.  See below PO Box for our returns address. 

In circumstances where customers are not eligible for a refund: A replacement can not occur due to a spelling (typing) errors by the customer, which has been signed off (via the checkbox) by the customer. Once the item has come to payment process, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to make sure the spelling on their personalised products are correct.  Once the order has been submit and payment has completed, even if a spelling mistake seems apparent, Kidz Labels will not be held accountable for not fixing spelling mistakes made by the customer.  After thorough inspection Kidz Labels will not refund or replace items that seem to be defected by the results of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use (product used against instructions),  or if a customer has simply changed their mind.
